We take the protection of children's information very seriously. We accept students from the age of 7. For students under 18, we require the consent of a parent or guardian for enrolment and for any use of photographs or video. We do not share children's personal information with third parties except where required by law or for safeguarding purposes.


7. International Students

From time to time we have students who are based outside the United Kingdom. Where we hold information about individuals outside the UK, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place in line with UK GDPR requirements.


8. How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep your personal information for one year after you leave or stop attending our classes. After this period, your information is securely deleted unless we are required by law to keep it for longer.


9. Who We Share Your Information With

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We use Mailchimp to send newsletters and communications to those who have consented to receive them. Mailchimp acts as a data processor on our behalf.

We may be required to share your information with regulatory authorities or law enforcement where required by law.

Where our processes involve third-party tools or platforms, we remain your single point of contact for any data protection concern. You do not need to contact our suppliers directly. We will liaise with them on your behalf.


10. AI and Automated Tools

We do not use AI or automated tools to make decisions about you. Where any AI tools are used in connection with our administration, they are used with human oversight only and will not affect any decision made about you without a named member of our team reviewing it personally.
